1. Go to devices and printers.
2. Double click SAMSON Carbon49 to open
3. Hardware > properties > General > Change settings > Driver > Uninstall.
4. Turn off the device and turn it back on.
5. Hardware > properties > General > Change settings > Driver > Roll back driver.

From the information I have, the unit will need to be repaired. No quick fix to repair for a blank display problem. Either the cable to the LCD screen became detached or the display is bad. The cable will be internal.
i have the same same problem with my unit, i really need help !!! The problem is still there , even if you do a firmware upgrade . i also returned the unit to the retail store and have a new one with the same problem, the software editor doesnt work on windows 7 but in windows xp with 1.92 version, please check my video http://youtu.be/DKn5ArIxl4M
