The above solution is not the correct way, I have just had the same problem, but after reading my Caplio user guide; the way to correct this problem is to press the DISP. button located under the delete button. You need to press this button until the screen picture shows the Normal Symbol Display. I had to press my DISP. button once to go back to the correct screen. It may difer for your camera, it is the one before the histogram and two before the grid guide. Hope this helps :)

Have you disconnected from computer, removed memory cards, and removed batteries? if not do all the above leave batteries out for a few minutes, put batteries back in and see it you still have the Sync mode problem. if that works turn off and add your memory card and turn on to see if the problem occurs. post result please.

Internal video out connection may be bad, try using the provided cable to connect to TV and disconnecting to see if it returns to normal.

After hooking up my Dell to the monitor it displayed a message ! " Out of range ," the monitor then went black . How do I fix it ?

Your screen resolution or refresh rate is set out of limits for the monitor. Check your monitor documentation to determine the correct resolution and refresh rates for the monitor. Then reboot the PC, go into SAFE mode, then re-adjust the display resolution there. Once you reboot after that, the monitor should be fine.

DELL E153FPf doesn't show the image

OSD Warning Messages A warning message may appear on the screen indicating that the monitor is out of sync range.
Cannot Display This Video Mode
This means that the monitor cannot synchronize with the signal that it is receiving from the computer. Either the signal is too high or too low for the monitor to use. See Specifications for the Horizontal and Vertical frequency ranges addressable by this monitor. Recommended mode is 1024x768 @ 60Hz.
Occasionally, no warning message appears, but the screen is blank. This could also indicate that the monitor is not synchronizing with the computer or the monitor is in a power save mode.
