Hi there, if you go to www.ascaso.com as Ascaso and Innova are the same. It will be in spanish but if you click on the little union jack on the left that will turn it to english. Click on the first pictur that says 'coffee machines' and this will take you to a new page where there is a big picture and some options on the right. If you click on 'site map' and it will bring up a new page where if you click on the green square that says 'client area' it will come up with a quick guide which shows you how to use your machine in every way. It has four options so just work through them and read all the little information captions. Any problems please don't hesitate to get in touch at coffeeservice@live.com
