RCA 20 When I hit the power button it doesn't turn on but you can hear a continuous clicking noise and also a spark in the back like it's trying to turn on but nothing happens. Anyone know what this could be. Thanks.

Re: RCA 20

Sounds like the Power Transformer to me,  usually accompanied by a high pitch (almost inaudiable whine) and  sparks arcing.

This needs a professional repair..

I can not get my rca remote to work on my Sanyo model DS20425

If you don't have the code, you could do a code search and when you hit the code search button on the remote, continually hit the power button until your tv turns off. Then save it, but it may take awhile. You may have to hit the power off a 100 times or more if you don't have the code.

Continuous click noise like its trying to turn on but will not.

I have done some research and found a notorious cap and diode problem with this set. The two 4700uf caps (C14113 and C14115) on the DM1 power board (the board to the left of the sat. box when you look at the set from the back) are under rated and will eventually fail. When these caps fail they tend to take out diode CR14105. This may be your problem. If it is, you can replace the caps with 4700uf 25V 105c and the same as original diode.

Green blinking power button

Sounds like an internal fuse or a power supply problem. It is worth it (I don't normally say this) to get this set fixed.

TV won't stay turned on, no picture, started making high pitched noise

That high pitched noise you're hearing is the power supply telling you that it has too much of a load on it and lowered its operating frequency which in effect cuts its output way down! Normally you don't hear any thing since the power supply operates at a frequency that's beyond human hearing. In an RCA this indicates more than likely that your horizontal output transistor is shorted and this short was caused by the flyback transformer shorting. This is a common happening with RCA's You'd need to take to a tv shop and have it checked out. Stargazer
