Does it take any kind of oil when servicing/ I lost my manual book
My air compressor needs cleaned up I lost the manual book to do any servicing on it what kind of oil to put in or if it does get oil. I was running it one day and it'll kick on and off when the pressure is up. now it wont kick back on when the pressure goes low when its asking to build the back up.I don't know if it gets hot or low on oil. Now I have to wait to the next day to use it again, because it runs good when you 1st turn it on.Dayton portable air compressor 5F222B

Hi Sggann. You shouldn't need to wear a Rolex automatic watch all the time for it to be kept wound, and you can in any event manually wind it 30 times to top-up the mainspring. You don't say how long you've had the watch, or when or if you've serviced it, but it sounds like it might need a clean and service; this replaces the oils which can thin out over time and effect the timekeeping of the watch, and the watch will be tested to ensure it runs well. Get Rolex to do it, unless you know a capable and accredited watchmaker - it's not cheap (around £250), but then again the watches cost a lot! All the best; Eagle58
This is not as easy as you might think. We learn decades to repair (cleaning included) watches and clocks. Any tip would be with no use, as every clock needs individual and specific attention. The only tip is: visit an eBay and buy the clock repairers book. I've seen some books there. All this is under the ''Jewellery and Watches'' section.
