- Thanks for the help. This keyboard is somewhat different than the one in Gateways diagram. The part number on the listed on the back of the keyboard is: AAHB5040G100K1 The strip at the top is narrow and I found three small screws on the back side. I noticed when I tried to pry it up it would not give in the middle so I looked on the backside and found the screws. Is a replacement keyboard available?

I have a Packard Bell Easynote TJ68 And the mute button no longer lights up and also the screen no longer shows the signs like how loud the laptop is, if i turn the wi-fi off etc. Anyone know why?
