My Phone memory is always full?

If even after all the downloaded files are removed the phone still shows the memory to be full , this can be a fault with the memory of the phone and is related to the main board being a suspect. If possible connect you phone to a PC using the linking cord and check on memory , scan for virus, check status of memory after deleting files that are big.

My discovery kids digital camera says that the memory is full even though we have deleted all the videos and pictures. When I push the arrow, it says "no file". What is wrong with the memory?

Had the same problem when I deleted the photos on the computer. We have a MAC. I dragged all photos to the trash, so the DCIM folder was empty, but it still said Memory Full, even though there were "no files". Finally figured it out, had to plug the camera back in, and EMPTY my trash (permanently delete the items). Now it works again! Hope this works for you!

Phone memory is full, but nothing else can be deleted

Try "restarting" your phone by pulling the battery out WHILE the phone is still on. Count to 10, put the battery back in, and turn it on. If that doesn't work, try deleting photos, or making sure that your photos and text messages aren't locked, which preserves them from deletion. If all else fails, call your cell phone company from a phone other than your cell and they can access your phone directly and should be able to fix it. I know Verizon offers this service and is very handy when all else fails.

Low Memory for N72

hi, do you have an extra mem card in the phone if you have then move some data to this as the phone dont use the memory on card unless you put stuff their yourself, so the phone will say mem full even if memory card is empty so try this first.
1. delete any messages in inbox/outbox/sent messages as these will take up mem
2. delete any old phone numbers/pictures/screen savers that you dont use.
3. the best way to free up loads of memory is by deleting all of the free ringtones you got with the phone most of the free ones you will never use so i deleted all of these and just kept the ringtones i used most people never use the free ones you get when buying the phone so doing this will free up loads of room. Also delete any ringtones you have put on their that you never use as the music ringtones can use loads of mem alot more than the standard tones.
4. every time you send a message your phone stores them in sent messages so delete all of these.
Once you have done all of this you will find you have loads of free memory.
The best thing to do if you have a memory card in your phone is move all the music/music ringtones that you want to keep onto the card doing this means you can still use the ringtones and free up loads of the phones memory.
The phone dont take the mem card into acount when its telling you mem full ok so put as much on mem card as you can ok.
Let me know how you get on and also if you need further assistance ok
