Check the bulb you adjusted, you probably got it in wrong, and shorted stuff out. Reset the bulb, and replace the fuses. At least you had fuses.

I need help with bypassing the secondary timer (T2) on a Sunvision Pro 28LX tanning bed.

You can't bypass timers on sunbeds. What happens if you fall asleep in that warm sunlight and wake up 3 hours later with the sunlight still cooking you up?

Go to Sunal Parts for the timer and get it fixed properly.

My electric breaker blew when turned on bed and nowBottom of tanning bed, half bulbs won't come on

It sounds like there may be an issue with the wiring in your tanning bed. If a circuit breaker blew when you turned on the bed, this could indicate that there is a problem with the electrical system. This could be due to a short circuit or some other issue that is causing a high current draw. I recommend that you have a qualified electrician inspect the wiring in your tanning bed to determine the cause of the problem and make any necessary repairs. It is important to have this issue addressed, as it could pose a safety hazard if not resolved.

My husband hooked my tanning bed up to 220 and it's a 110 and now he hooked it back right and 4 bulbs are out on bottom and only 4 bulbs work on top how do I fix it

This will most likely be as simple as just replacing the blown bulbs. If too much power goes through most bulbs they act like a fuse and 'Pop'. Looks like you've been lucky and the blown bulbs have stopped the 220 volts from damaging other parts of the tanning bed.

Sunvision facial tanning bulb buzzing and flicker's and won't light

It is not the socket. If the bulb is installed correctly, there is a starter on the ballast that needs to be replaced.

Do I need to worry about how often salons change the bulbs in their tanning beds?

Yes - even though in theory tanning bulbs can last up to 1,000 hours, if they are not changed very regularly, they can seriously affect the quality of your tan. Bulbs should be replaced after 500 - 600 hours use.
