Problem for Asrock P4i65GV Motherboard

Insert USB-> no power for a while / change graphics->orange lette

Hi! Just got a new mainboard "ASRock P4i65GV". After inserting an USB-Stick it crashes and i can't turn it on for a while (seems to be dead, no power).

When i change graphics (to use Nvidia 6200) in bios every second letter during boot is shown in orange. Still orange when windows used.

Anyone got an idea what this could be ?
