I have an AR-407 copier, and whenever I use the document feeder to make 8.5x14 sized copies, the side of each page gets cut off. I have tried fiddling with the margin settings, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Are you copying onto the same size of paper or onto another size like A4? If changing size you will have to tell the machine what sizes are in use.
If you are using similar sizes, try setting off a stack and as the machine feeds a sheet in, turn off the power. Lift the lid and see iff the page is running in the correct position and not off to one side. If the page is off to one side, you need to check that you have the paper guide (where fitted) pushed up to the correct position etc.
