Mic not detected

You probably installed the MIC into the wrong connector. Please, verify your mic is on correct/right connector, check you have audio before.

If you don't have audio, install the correct drivers for it.

After you do that, you need to go to audio panel, for that use:

Windows KEY + R, then type: control /name Microsoft.Sound

And now press ENTER/RETURN.

Good luck.

Intel D 101 GGC motherboard not getting sound from mic .

It should be having integrated sound(Realtek) audio which may require updating to the latest one released by Intel for the D101 series. Visit their website(Intel) to get the latest drivers and if the mike is in working condition then check whether it is enabled in the audio properties tab...........sodeep

My dell inspiron 1525 has a built in disarray mic but computer does not detect it??I've tried downloading the sigmatel driver but it says object not found. The webcam center does not give me any options...

Uninstall and reinstall the audio drivers. That should fix it. Also check in Audio/Sound properties in Control panel under Recording and check if the Array mic is detected and set as default. Try downloading ""

Mic problems: playback works great through interface, microphone isn't being detected

Check in contraol Panel under sounds and audio devices that you are using the Edirol and not an on board sound. It sounds like although the cards installed its not selected as the audio device to record from. You will also have to tel Adobce audition to select the Edirol as you audio card of choice as it to can be changed to select input from other sound devices.
