It sounds like your door is misaligned - try adjusting your door hinges by moving them back and tightening them - make sure your door seal is tight after or you will have air leakage problems.

When I close my side by side refrigerator it makes

Side by side doors have a door closing cam to make sure the doors close. These cams wear out. the door will have to be removed to replace the cam assembly.

one of the servo motors that control blend doors has stripped gears and will need to be replaced. easy to find because of the clicking noise .. if it's clicking under the hood could be low freon or a bad cycle switch

The barrel makes a rubbing squeeking sound as it turns. Sometimes it is really loud and other times it doesn't make the noise.

With the doors closed, the refrigerator is making a noise like a fan rubbing. When we open the doors, the noise immediately stops

That is because the fan has no resistance when drawing in air from the outside. When the door is closed, it becomes a sealed environment, and now must circulate air from the freezer to the refrigerator compartment. Sometimes a noisy fan indicates a frost buildup and the defrost system must be serviced. This consists of a defrost timer, Defrost thermostat, and defrost heater. Any one of those 3 may need to be replaced.

sound like the unit is not leveled and the door is rubbing metal.
also if the unit is new make sure that put in the right srewsat the toe plate because in the city ,ny the contractors put in what they acll dry wall screws .after awile of opening and closing these sharp screw cut the rope thats holding the spring to the door then door drops very fast. then you have to replace the springrope assembly. that on the bosch unit mostly. let me know if have been of some help. drop me a 4 thumbs up post
