Check The Wire Connection And Backtrack It All The Way To The Headset And Power Supply It May Be A Connectivity Problem But If Not You Will Have To See if You Can Have Your Speaker Serviced if Not You Will Without Dout Need To Replace It

First I would check all connections. Then If they are ok, Check the lead wires from the voice coil to the terminals. They can often break. Then if they are ok, Push gently on the cone. Does it move at all(Freely)? If no then the lacquer on the voice coil has swollen from heat and bound the woofer. You would have to either have it replaced(Serviced) or buy a new woofer. If the coil burned out it may have shorted and possibly damaged the amp. To make sure the amp is ok you may wish to check and see if its turns on and that it doesnt go into protection. If its seems ok you can test it with another woofer at LOW volume just to insure there is no amp damage. You dont want to push the other woofer too hard until you are sure the am is ok because it may crank out straight DC voltage and cook the test woofer so be fread to shut it off fast in that case.
