Question about Acer TravelMate 4000 Notebook
Try clearing out startup programs that run in the background if you are using windows xp go to start click on run type in MSCONFIG, look for startup tab then uncheck the items that you don't need usual items that you need to keep on running is just the antivirus program. if you are using windows vista on start search type in MSCONFIG then practially do the same thing see if it stops locking up. hit me back on the results. thanks!
