Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

1.)Turn on your BT on the 8300, 2.)Press and hold the button on your H700, flip open the boom when the light turns blue. 3.)On Blackberry go to BT setup and select search, it should find it. 4.) when it askes for the PIN enter "0000" and OK it should then be connected.
You either supressed the button under the ball in, and its going to need to be sent in for repair.

Rubbing alcohol and a cutip and rub it all over your trackball, if there is some dust that may have got caught under the button, hopefully the rubbing alcohol cleans this and releases the button.
