Question about OKI C5500n Printer
We've downloaded the driver for the OKI C5500n, but still cannot print via the network. I can see the printer on my computer, select the printer, and ask to print a test page. Nothing ever prints! and the status is offline, tried several time to set to online, no joy and My network and internet connections are working fine, help!
I would print out a menu map from the printer and check the IP address that is set is the same as the one in the ports tab in the printer properties. If this is not the case then change one to match the other. Also make sure that the printers IP address is set manually and not by DHCP because DHCP will change the address every time it is switched on/off.
