' FEATURE 9 # ' DOES NOT WORK FOR THIS PHONE. I need to know how to change the time/date and ringer features. These phones are crap!!

You have to use the feature 9 # from the administrators phone (usually extension 100)
Go to extension 100, press "feature,9,#" and you'll see the numbers on your display blinking like a digital alarm clock. Enter the time and then press feature to complete.
