Question about LG Flatron L1951S 19" LCD Flat Panel Monitor
I am using an LG Flatron L1750S as a second display for my 20" Aluminum iMac running OSX 10.4.9 with an ATI Radeon HD2400 128 MB of VRAM. I seem to have a problem. The display will flash on for a split second every time I turn it on, then I will go off. The green power light is still on, and It has not gone into standby mode. I feel like this is a problem with the monitor itself, because the menu will not come up either. Its just black...
Screen flashes only for a split-second the goes off and green power led stays on but no picture, please help
The inverter is faulty. If your Monitor is powered by a mains'kettle' type lead, then it MAY be repairable, provided you can find someone to do it.If you have an external power supply, then the chances are you have a separate inverter, and it is doubtful whetther you can find the fault or a replacement circuit board....which is why we have become a throw away nation !!
