Question about Canon PIXMA MP460 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I keep getting ink spots on my printouts in the upper left hand corner. I cleaned the printer head but did not give the printer a thorough cleaning because I just bought it a few days ago. Can you help me ?
Waahh!!!..error 5100 for all canon printers have three causes.
1. Dirt and a spot of ink water or lubricants on the timing slit trip..
2. Defective carriage motor.
3. Logic board.
1. Clean the dirt of spot of ink on the timing slit strip..
this strip is located at the back of carriage..it is place
horizontally at the back of carriage, piece like a plastic.check
it out men!!..or wait for a few days until the dirt or spot of
ink or lubricant gets dry.
2. Defective carriage motor..replacement is a good advice.
3. Defective logic board, need for replacement..
