The most direct and secure metod to find any drivers that u need is to get EVERSET software or SiSoft SANDRA to find out exactly what drivers your PC needs.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I think a virus running real slow

Hello,

If it's in the internet browser only and not the whole computer, then try using a different website browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

If the whole computer is slowing down, then run a full anti-virus scan. If no viruses are found, then do a disc clean up. GO to start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disc Clean up

Delete all unneccessary files. Just put a check mark on all. After that, restart your computer. Install or update the device drivers - You can use RadarSync to update them all so that you won't miss any outdated driver in the computer.

I hope this helps!

If you have any questions, please drop me a line.

I have a thinkpad t40 every i put a usb allways hang what should i do?

Hi,
Two possible reasons why your PC always hangs after you connect the usb drive,
  • The usb drive contains viruses which are blocked by your PC's antivirus from entering the machine.Run a full scan of the usb drive with an updated anti-virus.
  • There are no installed drivers for the usb drive.Install the drives drivers.

Hope this helps.Thanks!

Windows is hangs on starting up

There can be a number of reasons for Windows hanging upon start up.
Check the following...
  1. Make sure there is no Virus in the PC. Use a good and updated Antivirus software.
  2. Make sure your Windows Registry is clean. Use a good Registry cleaning software like Regcure, Registry Mechanic, UniBlue Registry Booster.
  3. Make sure that you use Microsoft certified device drivers in you PC. Drivers other than that can cause problems and need to be replaced.
  4. Make sure you are not using a software that is not compatible, not updated or have known issues with Windows XP.
Look for software and drivers that you have recently installed around the time you start having the problem. Uninstall one or two of them and restart and check if that makes a difference. There is one more thing you can do restart your PC and start pressing F8 key again and again. You will see a menu with black background. There you select the option that says "Restore last known good configurations" . If that does not work there is one more thing you can do (but make sure the PC is free of viruses). In the start menu in> accessories>System tools you will find a tool called "System restoration". Make sure you already have a "system restoration point". This will restore the system to a previous state where hopefully there will be no hang ups, Your files and data will not be harmed.

Good Luck!

When I turn on my PC, it starts normally. After

Screen Goes Black After Splash Screen

This sounds like a driver may have been updated, changed or has become corrupt, either after a bad update or virus/malware attack. Reboot the computer in safe mode with networking…when the computer reboots, open the control panel > device manager (in XP the device manager is in the system folder) > scroll to the display adapter. Right click on the adapter and roll-back the driver. Click yes and apply if necessary. Reboot the computer, it should reboot and display with no issue. It may ask (if you are automatically connected to the internet) if it can search windows update for a fresh driver….since you know what to do in case of a failed update, click yes and get a fresh driver. I would then do a complete virus and anti-malware scan to make sure the system is clean.

Hello

First let's make sure the system is clean. Download AVGFREE, MALWARE BYTES and SUPERANTISPYWARE. once the system is clean then goto Start, Run and type SFC /scannow. Have the operating system CD handy. Now you can reinstall the ACER drivers you're missing and all should be well.
