Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I have aLexmark 250 printer, which I am very pleased with, but I purchased two ink cartridges which have had no ink in them. One I got my money back and the other which I purchased at Zeller's was not refundable. These are expensive items and there should be some quality control to assure the customer that they are getting an ink filled cartridge or some kind of test at the place of purchase.

attn: Consumer Products Div.
Tell them what happened and request a replacement cartridge.
