Question about Refrigerators
Please check if the pan is clogged, many times defrost drain is a clogged up or restricted. And, once the drain system has been cleaned then everything will appear to be good. However if the drain gets clogged again or you still get ice in the defrost drip tray and/or the drain freezes over there are some manufacturer's designed kits to help clearing them.
Also check for the heat exchanger tubing that can seprate and and drip on the floor. A kit to repair a separated heat exchanger line, comes with instructions as well. If your fridge has developed a frost free failure problem, often the frost will travel down the suction line at the back of the fridge and drip water on the floor. Ice maker and chilled water fill lines can crack and leak as well, this is fairly common with the plastic lines as they can dry out and crack.
Please provide me the make and model number of your refrigerator so that i can provide you with the part name and part numbers to check and replace.
Please do accept this solution and revert for further assistance.
