cannot ring out but i can accept calls

the phone display asks for a code when i go through the phone don't know what that is i have lost user manual.

please can you help.

- my phone is connect to Navi 660fm all is good but, when a call is received my phone rings but the sat nav only shows an incomming call it does not ring... it used to which was great... any ideas to correct thic thenks- Guest

hello first remove the battery then pick out the sim from cell for a minute then reinsert the sim into the appropriate space,then place the battery back to mobile.then switch on mobile .ur problem be cured
