If you have an android phone. you should be able to enter password incorrectly 5 times and a reset button should appear for the google user and pass you used on phone. If that does not work but you know your google account user and pass. log into play.google.com from a pc and search and install screen lock bypass. just choose device and it will install app for you. then reboot phone and it will allow you to bypass lock temporarily. If all else fails you will need to factory data reset your phone. Good Luck
