Why strange? Just a language you do not know.
Since the interface is unusable for you, I suggest you use Internet Explorer to download Firefox again. Select a version in a language you are able to read and install it.

Mozilla firefox font size too small

You should try pressing CMD + (Mac) / CTRL + (Windows). This should increase the font size in Firefox. There is also the option to zoom in, zoom out, and reset under "View" menu in the "Zoom" section in the Firefox menu.

Turkish is not included in Mozilla Firefox 4.0.1(x86 en-us) version's g-mail languages list, therefore that program ignore all Turkish words and underline in red . How can I solve this problem?

You need to add a dictionary or language pack to Firefox so it will recognize other languages. You can do this by right clicking on one of the words underlined in red and hover over the "Language" option in the menu.

When hovering over the "Language" option you should see the option "Add Dictionaries..." Click and this will take you to the Mozilla site where you can install additional languages.

Once you have added a language, if you right click and hover languages again, you will see the option to select the language you want Firefox to spell check.

Unless there is some other issue, that should solve your problem.
