Windows XP will not recognize the hub or the printer. I can remove the switch and plug directly into the printer and it works fine but not with the hub.

1. Is the printer turned on?
Make sure the printer is turned on.
Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the electrical outlet.

Code 10. 1000 supply error hp laserjet 3390

Hi,

Remove the toner and shake it a little. You can put the toner back in the printer. If this does not fix the issue, Turn off the printer, unplug the power cable from wall outlet. Wait for 1 hour and plug the power cable and power on the printer
