    I have the same problem, and the suggested solution was excellent. For a brief moment of sliding some paper between frame and screen I cleared dirt and there was touch screen activity. But then I went too far and ended up wedging a thicker piece of cd inlay sleeve in the corner and now I seem to have made it inactive again.

    But thanks for the suggestion, it made sense. Now I must try remove the frame or correct my mistake.

I have heard that this can be caused by something getting caught between the edge of the screen and the frame - perhaps after a cleaning session. If this happens, the screen gets "jammed" because something is constantly pressing it in one location. Have a close look around the 4 sides and remove anything you find. It might work.

There is also a small possbility that this has been caused by a software issue: Switch off the phone, pull out the battery and wait for 5 minutes.

During this period, prayer, chanting - or whatever you are into - may help. But I doubt it ... Let me know if it worked

Hi David,

It looks like you're missing two more null's in the third record, the column count is only 21 and you have 23 fields in your destination table.

All your data matches up to the columns, but you'll need to insert ", null, null" before the last paren to cover CompanyURL and companyPhone):

The Battery Charge light Turns red and shows no charge on the battery.

This can happen if your battery is older and has gone bad. They only have a limited life. It could also indicate that the battery charging system on the computer is failing. Unfortunately, this means a motherboard replacement.
Also make sure your power adapter is putting out the correct voltage which is ~18-19 volts.

Replaced my Antec True 380S power supply with an Antec SL450 power supply (Antec box with Intel D875PBZ motherboard). I reconnected the new power connectors to the peripherals (correctly, I believe) and...

Thoughts: There are two connections from the power supply to the motherboard. One has 24 pins and the other has 4. Make sure they both are correctly (and fully) inserted.
Try powering the computer on with all the devices disconnected (hard drive, CD, etc).

Can't help you much. Suggest you either learn touch-typing or maybe get little white stick-on letters. var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_a3855d1bf0c4466b98949379cae0685c(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); } var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_c4fce50ced7a4e61840aa3099f0fb9cb(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); }

From FAQs: Q. My computer only has USB ports. Can you recommend a Serial (nine pin) to USB converter cable that will work with the Professional Sew Ware™ 2.00a? A. We have found that the PSW works best on newer computers when the USB serial adapter cable has not only compatible drivers for the Windows operating system but also a FTDI chip. We have found this FTDI chip in the cable which is listed below:
