Good morning! you have to upgrade / replace your VGA card to a higher memory capacity, if your VGA card is only 64MB then it cannot support the game you want to play, increase it to 128MB or 256MB. best regards

Transfer vidoes to a computer using a USB connection

Consider NOT using the USB connection.
The best way to download videos (and pictures) from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy videos and pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files.

Vidoe card does not support game

Probably going to need to buy a new video card then. Any local big box retailer or computer repair shop would be able to install it for you. Look on Amazon or eBay or just shop around online to find whatever card you want for a reasonable price.
Check out this website for the some ideas on what might be the best video card for the money. Link

Good Luck.

Re-loaded my xp os, can't get my monitor back to 1280x1024, can't seem to find a driver on line... also have lost my speakers somehow?

You need to install the correct video card driver and sound card driver when you reinstall the XP, it is using Microsoft generic vidoe card driver right now, and it did not install the sound card driver either.
