Question about HP PSC 1410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Check device manager if the printer is on the list
to get to device manager, just click on the windows logo on the lower left corner, then go to Control Panel, click on switch to classic view on the left if it's not on classic view yet.. after that click on Device Manager.. if the printer is not on the list, it means the drivers or software were not successfully installed. Try to re-install the software on the cd that came with the printer.
If that doesn't work, plug the printer on a different usb slot on the computer.. you may have to re-install the drivers for the printer after that..
you may also download the software for your printer on this link, it's specifically for windows vista..
just click on the file name
AIO_CDB_Full_Non-Network_enu.exe, (1/1 , 163.07M) hope this helps...
