There should be adjustments on the tie rod ends connecting to the front axles. Loosen set bolt, make the adjustment and re-tighten set bold.

Should be an easy fix....remove plastic dust cap from end of axle... you should see a "C" shaped circlip keeper key in a slot on the end of the shaft with a washer under it...place the flat blade of a screwdriver under the slot in the key and pry upward from close to the middle...the circlip should slide right out...remove the washer from the end of the axle...the wheel is held in place by a woodruff type key slotted into the axle and wheel....sometimes rust, dirt, and crud gets between the axle and the wheel and kind of sticks it in place,,,try squirting a little penetrating oil or WD-40 in the keyway slot and let sit for a few minutes...you may have to take either a dead blow hammer, or a piece of 2x4 and a hammer and give the end of the axle a whack or two to get it to break loose...while pulling on the wheel and tire (you may have to get the wife to help with this one, her pull and you whack) after the wheel breaks free and slides off the axle clean the keyway, key and the axle with sand paper and grease it before you replace them...also clean the inside of the wheel hub....I use waterproof grease on the axle to prevent water from entering and rusting the axle....I do this procedure on both back wheels each fall before storing the machine for the winter ( just a good maintenance procedure they don't tell you about....) hope this helps... ;-D
