Connecting a passive subwoofer to a denon 2113

you need another reciever/amp to power that sub, because that denon reciever is designed for a powered sub,. if you have another old reciever/amp laying around, you can connect the sub out from the denon into an auxillary input of any old reciever/amp, (switched to that input) with speaker wires from old reciever/amp to the passive sub

Evet time i hook my 1200 watt power acoustik and turn it up it cuts off

Usally When something like this occurs its because the amp cant handle the reciever. Meaning the reciever is pushing out more than what the amp can handle. As a safty feature to save you from blowing your amp or speakers the amp will shut it self down to minimum as you described. This also occurs when the amp over heats or doesnt have enough ventalation and once again as a safty feature to save your amp it shuts down. My first suggestion is to turn the "Loud ON" mode off on your reciever. As this feature can blow your speakers and can also cause this problem. Also do not use any factory settings on your reciever. It is almost always the bass in any given system that causes this so turn the bass down some on your reciever or on your amp turn it down and then adjust up and down from the reciever. Im sure you probably like the bump bump bump, I do to but your going to have to eiather buy an amp that can handle what your reciever is pushing, or turn it down a bit. You should also check the fuses for not only your amp but for the system under the hood near the battery. My own personal experience I have blown fuses when the system shuts down. Hope this helps

L&R just there to indicate where to put the speaker cables into the speakers and also into your reciever the reciever should have inputs marked with these details

Hello sounds like you want to take the low level zone 2 output and run it to the PRE AMP in?

If that is correct the onboard amplifier will power your speakers but will no longer provide sound for your main channel as you are removing the "loop" which send the front L & R signal to the amp.

Your best bet is to find an inexpensive secondary amplifier.

Sonance makes a sonamp 260 or 260x3. These are available on ebay for under $100 and work great for multiroom applications.
A 260x3 would give you 3 speaker outputs allowing you to run not only to your patio but also to two other locations and includes a switch to turn each zone on/ off.

Hope that helps

BOSE 901V WITH EQ PIONEER XSV -95 RECIEVER.

Turn down the second amplifier (which the speakers are connected to). This hum is the amplified 'noise' from the EQ and/or amplifier. Try using a much higher graded second amp (eq 500w)

Yamaha rx-v461 not working

you have a faulty circuit somewhere, whether its in speaker wiring, or power source, i dont know, but your reciever has an automatic circuit breaker in it for protection, and a faulty circuit will trip it, i would assume it is a power source problem since it wont turn back on, check wiring, plugs and look around, and smell for burnt, or hot components.

Most amps will only power two sets of speakers direcrly hooked to amp (A&B). If you want audio throughout the house, I would recommend a PA system set up with individual room volume controls
