F0 - F1 - F7
Stuck keypad may mean relay is turned on.
Determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:
1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnecting Ribbon Cable from control and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs
If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.
If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.
F0 or F7 Shorted Clear/Off Key due to membrane switch, control or connector Shorted key panel membrane switch; Check Electronic Range Control (ERC)
F7 A = Function pad button stuck or
B = Bad clock Unstick button or
Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC)
These are the codes for ge depending on the model.

You have a problem with your oven temp. sensor. Remove it and check it at room temp. It should meter out at 1 to 1.1K ohms. If it doesn't replace it.

You will be able to print or download the service manual for your model
Your problem may be the bake relay on the clock or wiring.

Remove the lower bake element and test the ohms. If none replace the oven element and its fixed. The element is usually the problem and its fairly cheap to fix.

F7 code usually means a stuck key on the key pad. Some of the keys can be unstuck, but if high heat caused the pad to warp it might not be repairable.
You can try giving the oven a hard reset by disconnecting the power for 20-30 minutes, then restoring the power.
