Internet Download Manager v5.11 is not a free Software you are aware of that are you NOT?. If you paid for a registration fee with that company then you will need to contact them but if you downloaded their product by mistake or in an adware virus is what we call them then my suggestion is to uninstall it. Go here to download the "Free Internet Download Manager"
If you downloaded the first one by being forced you should check your machine for Adware to do this go here it is also free:
This too will clean your machine...come back if you need more help that is if you have no protection in your machine. Your protector may have expired and there are free ones out there too?.
