Samsung SyncMaster 510N Monitor is flickering and blinking like a TubeLight.
I have Tried:-
1. Checked Both ends of Signal cable and power cable.
2. Formatted and Installed Fresh Copy of Windows XP SP2.
3. Installed the Monitor Driver from Monitor CD.
4. Tried different Resolutions and Frequency Refresh Rate ( 50 ~ 75 ).
5. Uninstall and Reinstall the Video card driver.(Intel 915GAG Express Chipset Family).
6. Cleaned all Sockets, Plugs, interior and Exterior of CPU.
7. Tried all the Options in Monitor's OSD Menu.(Gamma ,Natural Color , Magic Tune).
