Hello. Might be that there is no Recovery installed on ur device and surely you can't enter the recovery mode.
first make sure that the Vol -/+ key are really functionable and besides be aware for some tricky when you might recognize the Vol + key needs a little extra pressure for clearly circuit! Maybe, Maybe
You have to try! look out for a flashable recovery for your device and flash it with Odin! I pray you don't use KIES!!! is really easy, u'll quickly find a manual for that via "google". Just to make sure a recovery is present on the Ace. by know hitting the key-combi remind you for keeping the "Power" and "Home" Button pressed until the second Logo appears. The other way could be release the Vol+ key by appear of the first Logo and keep hitting it over to second Logo appear. Sadly it might be keep the Vol+ Button released after first Logo could do the Trick! So...... good luck on give these methods a try!

1. If your mobile is on, power it off. 2. Press and hold Power until the device powers on, then immediately press and hold Volume Down (while still pressing Power).
