Question about HP Business Notebook NX9110 Notebook
I have nx9110 notebook and it was turning off by it self during my work
from previous 6 days. But at this time when it turned off and as I
turned on to go into its BIOS when I press its del key it again turned
off and when I turned it on again it gave me no display its power light
and hard disk activity light turned on but after few moments all of its
lights turned off but fans were working and they were on.
Now the problem is that there is nothing on its LCD no picture is available on it and no light is on even its power button light is remains off as I turned it on and its fans starts working. Some times when I turn it On Caps Lock light and Num lock lights starts blinking simultaneously and after few seconds they turned off.
please help me in this problem. I need my notebook display back.
I would start by using only 1 stick of RAM this sounds like symptom of a failing ram card or occasionally ram socket. The RAM is on the bottom of the laptop under the middle panel.
If you have 2 chips try each chip individually in each socket.
If it was turning itself off it was probably overheating - i see the fans gets clogged on this series all the time. You may want to blow it out with a can of compressed air.
Let us know if you need more help.
