No signal from wirelss mouse and unknow charging

Hi, I have a digitech mouse and keyboard combo, (DMM-WKBM), Two problems: 1) I cant tell if that batteries charege because when i dock the mouse on the charger, the light comes on, and after about 10seconds starts flashing, slower and slower..... and then pretty much seems to be off all the time. 2) When trying to connect the mouse with the reciever, It isnt picked up, i thought it may be the batteries so i tried two other sets of batteries... It onl recieves signal from themouse when the blue connect light is searching for it, and then i can only move thecursor very jerkly and cannot click, but that soon stops and i have no use of the mouse at all. What would theproblem be?

It could be interference from other electronics that are too close, mouse too far from receiver, or it could be a faulty reciever. If it has more than one channel try this first. If not contact the manufacturer as Digitech is really good at backing their products. Hope this helps.

Hi Kyla

I have a similar problem with my keyboard and mouse combo, the problem is either there is a DECT Cordless Telephone or a Mobile phone jamming the signal as the keyboard probably works at a frequncy close to 2.4Mhz

It is regarding my Logitech MK300 wireless keyboard & mouse combo... Is there a way I can use just the wireless mouse without the keyboard, say with laptop? Right now, they are connected to my desktop...

I think you have to use the combo because each has sensor. trying to use just wireless mouse on a laptop might not work because your laptop cannot read the signal from mouse. Now check if both have bluetooth as that may work.

Have a Digitech Vocalist II that stopped reading the midi chords transmitted by my keyboard. Checked midi cords, all settings (keyboard and harmonizer). And the inside of the digitech. It does not appear...

try a different signal source (tape player, cd player etc) and see if the sound gets into your device, if it doesn't see that sound either, then the problem is with the digitech and not your midi keyboard. The digitech doesnt have midi chords, just analog so I'm a bit confused when you say MIDI. I have the digitech vocalist IV and it doesn't have midi in or out either. only analog in, also two XLR's and etc. great machine by the way, I'm sorry to hear yours has quit working for whatever reason.

My pc acer keybrd just went stpid on me

At the usb port you have an item plugged into it that receives signals from the keyboard and mouse, push the connect button, if not go straight to your mouse, turn it over and push the connect button.
If you had to press the connect button on the receiver and the mouse if it had lights on it that was blinking it will stop if not check batteries.
Then and only then press the connect on the receiver then the keyboard and not the other way around. If there was a connect button on the receiver and you did this operation the lights will stop blinking and all should be sweet, if not replace batteries.
Hope it helps.
