How to replace the thermostat on BP y-600

Turn off gas supply. Open panel on left side. Loosen the top and bottom unions. Remove thermostat capillary line from the oven. Now remove thermostat with 2 pipe wrenches. install new thermostat and attach assembly to the unions you loosened. Now insert the capillary line back into the oven.

My oven wont get to temperature why?

If oven is getting hot , but not hot enough, then the thermostat is probably faulty.if no heat at all, then you need to replace the oven element.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

The baking element went out on our range. We

give me your model number and i'll tell you where its is  usually if its a built in ove its in the bac k so you got to pull it out a little lean it on something or one person hold it up and you take off the sheet metal cover and you'll see a thermostat back there
some thermostats have a reset button but if yo give me the model number i'll help you out also make sure you have 110 volts on each leg of the wall outlet where the oven is plugged in

OVEN will not heat

KitchenAid KEBC107KSS does not heat hot enough and does not heat evenly. When the temperature is dialed higher, it burns the cookies. When the convection fan is on, it has a 'cooling effect' so the temperature never reaches the proper level. Is this problem repairable? Or is this a thermostat issue? Thank you for your help!
