It depends what you mean by noisy start. If it is a high-pitched squeal when you start (or accelerate quickly) it may be the alternator belt that is worn and needs replacing. The squeal of a worn alternator belt usually wears off after a few seconds because the belt has 'warmed'.

If it's a 'tapping' or 'clicking' noise there are 2 possible culprits: Big end bearings (on the crankshaft) or camshaft. If the big end bearings are worn or the camshaft 'buckets' (followers .. those things that cause the inlet and exhaust valves to open) they rattle - metal against metal. After starting the car oil finds its way between the worn metal and silences the noise.

A 'grinding' noise may be caused by the starter motor/ring gear.

Kenmore Frig noisey & runs a lot

First, never turn it off, the frig runs to reach temperature as set on the thermostat. The rattle may be caused by a loose fan cover and you may have just solved the problem. as for RUNNING all the time, a common cause for prolonged running are dirty and clogged condenser coils. Clean coils with a brush and VACUUM
it will probably solve th eproblem.

Makes a loud buzzing noise when attempting to start cycle

The lock solenoid on the door latch assembly may be hanging up or just noisey. If washer starts and runs then all is ok. If washer wont start, just buzzes, then door latch assembly may have to be changed.

I have a 2003 Mercedes C240. When it starts up there's a humming noise that quits after a few minutes, but when the car starts moving it starts clicking.

THE HUMMING NOISE IS YOUR SECONDARY AIR INJECTION PUMP. THEY TEND TO BE NOISEY AT START-UP. IF IT IS NOT WORKING COREECTLY IT WILL SET A CHECK ENIGNE LITE. THE CLICKING NOISE IS NORMAL IF IT GOES AWAY AFTER WARM-UP. THESE MOTORS ARE NOISEY WARMING UP DUE TO THE HYDRAULIC LIFTERS.
