Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I just got a Zen V yesterday, and after downloading the music and listening for awhile my screen is stuck and frozen in the shut down mode. Help. What do I do to resolve this?
Hi, this happens to me all the time.
Just leave it alone for a while and the battery will run out completly.(you won't be abal to see it run down)
Then plug it into the PC or charger until it charges up.
P.S. Only do this as a last resort, it takes ages!

This just happened to me but I followed one of the other frozen screen suggestions which worked.
Just stick something in the reset hole on the same side as the on/off slider. It'll turn off. Then just turn it back and it takes a minute to rebuild the music library but then works fine!
