Question about Refrigerators

I just put the equivalent of 2 six kilo turkeys in single portion containers in my freezer plus 7 single portions of homemade gravy. You can freeze it and use it no problem even a year or two later. On the net if you research freezers they recommend that it must be 0 Fahrenheit (or -17.77 C) and everything must be used before 3 months to avoid freezer burn... but do you believe everything you read on the internet? :) One or two years is fine
