You can speed up your PC with the help of these tips given below:-

1) Defragment & Optimize files in the hard disk regularly.
2) Disable the unwanted start up programs.
3) Defragment the registry if needed.
4) Uninstall unnecessary programs (Games, crapware, toolbars, etc.)

For task 1, 2 and 3 use reliable program like I always use "RegInOut" for the best performance. Remember that Windows need above to be optimized from time to time. So regular maintenance is required.

Slow upload of pics and videos on my pc

I would start by clearing out your cookies, then I would do a disk defragment to clear out old stuff your computer is loading. If you have desktop widgets or are running programs that take up a lot of memory.
Go to Start, Control panel, internet options, and click to delete temporary files and then after go into programs, accessories and disc defragment. Hope it helps!

My system was so slow.I did all the clean ups bought good registry cleaner still slow. So I tried deleting programs then I followed instructions from pc mag and obviously deleted too much. Lost internet,...

Did you try defragmentation? If no then do it. You need to defrag your system every 1month atleast and before deleting all your programs did you check your task manager which processes are eating your Ram and making it slow? Check and end those process, Start up programs also slow down your system. Disable some of the start up programs which are not needed while starting up your system. For this open ccleaner and in tools open start up and disable some programs. Advanced SystemCare software and ccleaner are much more enough to take the clutter and tune your system. Hope these tips help you.

Slow slow slow slow

Try disabling apps in start up by typing msconfig in start menu. Or try booting in safe mode(press f8 key when rebooting) and try doing a virus/malware scan or disable start up apps in safe mode also.!

Desktop working slow

Many computers have just too many unnecessary programs running. Google "Service Settings" or something similar for advice on how to set your services. Setting explanations: Automatic will start at boot time. Manual allows Windows to start a service when needed. Disabled will stop a service from starting, even if needed. Be very cautious about disabling a service for that reason.
