You probably need a transformer/adapter. Most computer adapters can handle 240V

if you have an American appliance, plug it into the American outlet if you are in Japan. If you have a Japanese appliance plug it into the Japanese outlet if you are in the Americas. Use an adapter to change the cord at the back to plug into a Japanese outlet if you are in Japan.

Can i change the fuse in the nintendo 64 power plug?

The current voltage rate for North America is 120 volts so you need the north american N64 ac adapter and use a voltage or a multi meter to check the ratungs.

Could I use my battery charger in France

Yes and no, the charger will probably work with the voltage and frequency in France, but the plug will not, you need to buy a North America to France AC plug adapter. These can be had for a few dollars in most places. You might even find one at the airport, even if overpriced.

What do I need to use my Touchsmart tx2 in France. Do I need an adapter or transformer or both

You live in the US, right?
First check the voltage rating on your power supply / charger's primary voltage range. If it states around 110V only, then you need a transformer from 230V to 110V with an euopean plug. Make sure it's a real transformer (rather heavy, rated at ~100VA will be OK), and not a lightweight high-power adaptor, used for lamps, pressing irons, heaters and similar appliances.
If on your charger it states something like "90-240V", then it will cope with the standard european voltage of 230V, and the only thing you need is a travel adapter that will have an european plug on one side and an american socket on the other.
