SOURCE: soneone used my yahoo email to open an a facebook acount

It sounds like someone hacked into the facebook password server and stole passwords. If you think your yahoo email has been compromised I recommend you change your yahoo address and password as well. Try not to give out your personal email account online, but save it for your friends and family, and use an alternate email account for online registrations, etc that you can change if you have problems like this.
Identity theft is a major problem these days, with many people losing information because their computer has been compromised in some way.
It would be worth your while to set a password on the user account on your computer, to make sure no one can log onto your computer as you and use your saved passwords.
Also, go to www.malwarebytes.org and download their free antimalware program and run a full scan of your computer to make sure your system has not been compromised. Fix any problems it finds.

I hope this helps you to resolve this problem. If I've managed to answer your question, please take a moment to kindly rate this post....thanks!

If your using Norton or McAfee they will cause problems like the one your having now. If not, go into Network and sharing Center and adjust settings for sharing as well as the firewalls.

SOURCE: can't send email in outlook

You may want to try to access the mail server through
another email client, such as "Courier Mail" from rose city:

http://www.rosecitysoftware.com/Courier/

This will tell you whether the problem is in your outlook settings,
or elsewhere. If Courier works, you may decide to stick with it,
it is simple to setup, and far superior.

If the courier mail does not solve the problem, you may have to
go through the "re-install network wizzard routine" again, disable
the windows firewall, disable the router firewall, disable all other
security widgits until you find what is blocking the email access.

This is assuming of course that you do not have server or
server settings problem as you said.

You may also have a rootkit or a virus lurking in the IP stack,
or the email protocol drivers, so scan your machine.

I put in my user name and password .could not enter

It is not uncommon for users to forget their user names and passwords, especially when trying to access an email account not often used.
Email providers like Yahoo! and Google are aware that users forget and have implemented a way to identify the user in this situation. In order to use this retrieval method, you must have submitted an alternate email address when you signed up for that email.

Go to the email sign-in page. Notice the option underneath the login fields for users that have trouble signing in; in Yahoo! Mail this option is "I forgot my Yahoo! ID" and in Google Gmail this option is "Can't Access Your Account."
Click this option.
Enter the alternate email address entered when you set up up your email address.
Yahoo! Mail users also need to enter the birth date, country and postal code entered when the email address was set up. Click "Next."

Log in to your alternative email address and click the email provided.
Your email user name is available in the body of the email.
Click the link within that email to reset your email password.
To reset your email password, the provider might require that you answer your security question.
Go back to the email sign-in page and log in using your user name and new password.

How to sign in as another user + Yahoo

I assume you wish to access email in a different Yahoo! Mail account. Yahoo! allows you to access only one account at a time. To sign in as a different user, you must first sign out from the account you are currently accessing.

To sign out from Yahoo! Mail, click on the "Sign out" link in the upper left corner of the web page:

Then go to the Yahoo! Mail page (http://mail.yahoo.com), and sign in with the new user ID and password.

I can not access to my email address at all

Ensure that you are signing in correctly - both ID and password.

If you have forgotten the password, just click on "can't access my account" on yahoo sign in dialogue box.

On the same sign in box, you can click on sign in using facebook or google, provided you have these accounts.
