Try to jump pressure switch as soon as the inducer come on and see if it stay longer. if it does you might have problem with draft or pressure switch itself defected.

SOURCE: Pressure, draft safeguard, or aux limit swtch did not close or re

The limit switch on the inducer has tripped. There are two wires that go to a small disk about the size of dime that has a small button in the center. Push this little button and you will feel a littl snap and the unit should fire up. Check all the manual reset limits as well. If the unit still won't start, jump the two wires by bypassing the limit switch. If it starts, then replace the switch. Bypassing the switch is only temporary and could lead to death if it is used as a permenant fix.

Bryant Furnace 350MAV code 31

Probably a failure of the draft inducer fan motor, draft inducer blower, or the pressure switch that senses the operation of the draft inducer.

Brand New Ducane Furnace with Multiple Error Codes

Check your drain line. It appears that water is not draining and backing up into the furnace. Is there a drain trap? If not or if there is no vent on the drain line there can be a vacuum created when the furnace is running and it actually pulls water back into the furnace and when the inducer shuts off it releases the vacuum allowing the water to drain.

Furnace blowing warm air, ac overheats

Sounds like it is tripping on it's high pressure switch. This could be caused by a dirty condenser coil, overcharge of refrigerant, or non condensables in the system ( air most likely). I would get a second opinion from a repuatable company, sounds like he's trying to rip you off.

Bryant furnace the ignitor does not get hot the furnace comes on ( the blower) runs for a couple of minutes then shuts down lower small blower comes on. the gas is released but ignitor is not glowing or...

Hello, if you have a multimeter you can check the resistance of the ignitor, if it is silcon carbide ignitor the resisitance should be between 40-90 ohms and if silicon nitride it should be between 11-18 ohms. if the reistace is not in this range replace the ignitor. Also, make sure the pressure switch is closing, if it remains open then the ignition seqence can;t begin

Bryant furnace model FX4C, FY4A with heat pump and a/c will not switch from a/c to heat pump. Only have heat with emergency heat on.

WELL this could be a couple of problems the reversing valve could be stuck either from not enough pressure which would be a leal and low on freon or the unit is off on low pressure switch/high pressure switch from either being low on freon or something restricting it and caused unit to shut down, ive been a servicer for many years and if it gets below 30 degrees outside i would recommend running the e-heat anyway it does cost more money minute for minute. but you will find it will heat alot faster in those colder nights than the heat pump therefore cost is about the same.
as far as not switching over could be low on freon or a stuck reversing valve... is the outside even running in cool mode if not the you may have a tripped pressure switch...good luck

Kenmore Gas Dryer Gets Hot, Shuts Off Early in Cycle

Sounds like a faulty high limit or cycling thermostat. The thermostat tells the dryer to heat until the interior of the dryer reaches a certain temp. It should be mounted on the exhause duct inside the back of the dryer. It should look something like the one in the picture:

Hope this helped and best wishes.
