I'm in Iraq too. the printer has no lcd which i find to be uncommon. Take out the fuser and see if there is a paper jam. otherwise an online manual could help decipher the "!".

When putting it on all lights are flashing one way ,at the same time as a results the printer doesnot want to print because one light should be on to show that it can print.

All service errors are indicated by all lights flashing as the primary notification or code. Please press the continue button to display the secondary error message or code. The secondary code indicates an area or function which has the error.

Lexmark E232 secon light from the top keeps blinking I think this is ink, I can print a test page and it is nice and dark and prints fine

This light sequence means that the photoconductor kit's drum is almost full and will need replacing soon. For more information on how to replace photoconductor, click on the link http://bit.ly/oD75Kw

The light on the symbol indicates a paper jam. Refer to this article from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/98qRxO for troubleshooting steps. Hi There Lexmark E232. Cartridge more than half full, but top blue Led is on, and yellow (second from top)is flashing! Not printing. Can you assist please?

Do a test print directly from the printer, just press the blue lit button.

Look for the Toner AND Photoconductor bar graphs.

The Photoconductor may well be at the end of its life.

Multiple page print job doesn't finish when paper runs out

This printer should continue to work one paper is added. If not hitting the continue button (Top silver button with an exclamation mark on it) should allow it to resume.

After that can you tell me what the blink sequence is being displayed on the panel?

PAPER JAM

The problem sounds like your rollers have lost their grip. Remove the paper tray and tip the printer up. Push the red lever on the left of the printer down and you will see the feed mechanism with two wheels. Remove the rubbers on the wheels and turn them inside out. Replace them on the wheels with the worn side now inside and the 'sticky" side out. You should get at least another couple of years worth of use before you need to replace them.

PAPER JAM

Rotate tires. Pull out paper tray. Pull down on red low paper indicator at left bottom. Two rollers come down on axel near center. I pulled off the rubber tire like roller, then twisted the roller inside out and reinstalled it with the fresh side out.
If tires dry out again will probably buy new ones from ebay.
