If there is a slight error between the two move the hands back or forwards to meet the correct time (if possible)

My Gazo GF Clock won't chime on hour at all

When you are setting your clock, when you go pass the hour you have to let the clock chime completely, if you do not do this you can damage the time sequence..You have to reset the chime cable or belt...but anytime you set your clock when you get to hour let it chime completely before continuing on...Try also going around with hour hand onetime and let it chime, if it will chime at all, if not you can get a manual download online. Clocks like yours has websites and support who can help you...I think it just needs the chimes reset.

How do set the chimes after changing the batteries

Move the hand to set time, but make sure to stop on every hour and let the clock chime the hour completely before moving to the next hour. That will set the time and sync your time with your chimes.

The chime of my Howard Miller mantle clock are not w/the actual hour set.How can I reset the chimes? Daylight Savings time has messed me up.

The next time it chimes multiple times turn the hour hand clockwise until it is pointing at the number of times it gonged. Next take off the dial nut off (make sure to put it in a plastic bag because they can be hard to replace) and turn the minute hand until it chimes signaling 15 minutes after. Now put the minute hand back on pointing to 3 o'clock and replace your dial nut and you are all set.

Magellan explorist 100 is 2 hours out on time and I don't know how to reset it.

Go to Preferences and select Restart GPS. Then select Enter Coordinates and set your local time (no need to change coordinates so just press enter till you get to the time field). Hit Escape and now the time should be correct.

I NEED THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING THE CHIMES/TIME ON MY WESTMINSTER LINDEN MANTEL CHIME CLOCK

Manually turn the minute hand forward until the 16 westminster chimes sound and then the hour strikes. Then remove the minute hand (it will go on in four positions) and put it back on at the 12 o'clock position. The chimes should now be back into sync.

Whitting and Westminster Jean luis Electronic clock

I found my own solution through trial and error. I set the dials to 12 00 and then move the dials to show just over 5 minuites to 12 ( 1155) the alarm melody start and chimes for a number ( in may case it was one.) then i moved the dial back to 1200 and then reset it again to 1155 or just over. Each time the alarm chimes an increasing number
I had the clock chime settings on the back of the clock to the middle setting (chimes on 24 hours)
I carried out this until the chime was right for the time i was working ( in my case it was 1730) so when it reached 5 chines I then set proper time and left it. The next chime was correct
