Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I plug the mp3 pearl into the usb port and the software is suppost to pop up to start installation and it doesnt. so i go to the my computer area and i cant find the drive letter associated with the player
It sounds like either the USB cable itself is bad or the USB port is bad. Try the USB cable in all the other USB ports on the computer. If it still does not work, try a USB mouse and see if it works. If it does then there is a problem with the USB cable provided with the MP3 Player. If the mouse does not work, then there is a problem with the USB ports on your computer. My assumption is that it is a bad cable.
