I'm not too sure about this particular model, but other Regency variations require you to push the "Manual" button, enter the channel number you want to set (usually 01-09 for single digits) and then enter the frequency you want. On some you may need to enter the frequency first and then the channel number.

I did a quick search and only found the manual for sale. Here is a link that i found. The manual will cost $10.
