This is designed to slot into the frame dropout and hold the derailleur in position. You should insert it into the derailleur first and tighten the washer behind it but keep it loose. Then slide it into place and ensure the derailleur hanger opening is at the same angle as the frame dropout. This means the wheel axle will slide in easier. Help with my Royal p70 electric pencil sharpener and I can't seem to get anywhere... A lead is broken in the sharpening gears and I don't know how to take apart the sharpener to remove it.. Ca

Turn sharpener upside down. On the bottom, you will see 6 black dots. Four of them are Legs while the middle two are covers to two screws. Peel the stickey cover off the middle two, exposing two phillips head screws. Once the two very long screws are out, the entire unit will fall out of the casing. You may have to push in the small plastic locking devise at the bottom. Good Luck!

How to fit the splashback

Hi Do you mean the screws don't match up with the holes ? I find this all the time I drill new holes to make it fit correctly. One thing you should know is stainless is very hard to drill so go to the hardware store and get a bit for stainless and also get it just a little smaller then the screws, if you bring the screws with you they will help you get the correct bit , rate this call thanks Frank

Probably no hope. The washer is an old Kenmore (25 yrs.) It worked fine until today it only fills w/ hot water, and then only very little. Should I put it out to pasture?

Well, it certainly doesn't owe you anything - 25 years service is very respectable! You could have it checked - but investing more than a little money into a 25 year old machine doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Parts for your machine are probably going to be hard to locate, too. Newer machines do more with less water, energy, etc. If you lack the funds for a new, energy efficient machine - your choices may be limited to repairing what you've got - or picking up a newer, used machine instead. Used washers can be found for a fraction of the cost of new machines and many people change them because of color issues - not because they don't work. Check places like craigslist and freecycle for inexpensive (or even free!) replacements. In any case, knowledge is power.. price both new and used washers and maybe spend a few bucks to have the washer diagnosed. Knowing what replacement costs are compared to repair costs of a 25 year old machine (and maybe even an idea if the machine is going to have problems in the near future from the repairman), you can decide what fits your budget best.

I hope this helps and good luck! Please rate my reply - thanks!

I resently got new screws and washers and cleaned up the CPU and GPU and put new thermal paste on them. I put my xbox 360 back together and turn the power on and it works for like maybe 2 minutes then just...

2 red lights denotes a heating issue. The CPU or GPU could be getting too hot. Another issue could be that the heat sinks are not making good enough contact with the CPU/GPU. Since you said you put washers onto the xbox, try tightening the screws a half turn each, and see if that solves it. If it doesn't, you may need to reapply the thermal paste and try again.

Tripod head

If the head is loose on the tripod follow these instructions:
There are three small set screw (grub screws) that are under the head, net to the center column. You will have to raise the center column and look under the head. These are slotted screw heads and a small to medium screwdriver should work. You don ot have to remove the grub screws completely, but you should back them out at least half way. The head will unscrew off the center column. The gray part below the head is half the head attachment and half the center column end plate so it should separate in the middle line between the two.

If screws came out elsewhere, we will need to know the model number of the head that came apart.
